Turning off 'Power saving for bluetooth device' (you should run devmgmt.msc as administrator, after HID devices -> Power managment).

Remove the mouse and dependancies (drivers) using devmanager and re-install after.

To remove the device from system and reinstal it (Using Windows ->Settings-> Bluetooth and mouse -> Remove device).

Things I used to resolve this issue (hope it helps someone): When the Logitech mouse did work, it did stutter during movement. I have a Logitech mx master 2s mouse that is rapidly connecting and disconnecting in the bluetooth preference screen.
